Twilight

Where do I even begin with the Twilight movies. I first watching it when I was actually quite a bit older than most people I know who are still fans. I was 20 when I saw it for the first time, I grew up in the PNW and had moved away recently as well which added a sense of nostalgia and connection to somehting I had never seen before. My whole childhood and teen years I had always seen it as the "embarassing girly" thing to like and not intellectual enough to bother with. Although I am so happy to be deconstrucitng that as an adult and fully enjoying whatever I like I wonder how many other things I lost out on because of this stupid misoginistic view. To me the movies have the perfect mix of aesthetic, fun, camp and genuine emotion and capture such a perfect snapshot of the late 2000s and 2010s. Bella's emotions feel so real and true to being a teenage girl both the good and the bad. If you haven't seen the franchise I cannot recomend it enough for a cozy and fun fall time watch. I hope you enjoy all the stills, edits and other little bits I have compiled here.
